Velora Build Controls was founded by Priscilla Esquina, a construction operations professional with over 15 years of experience supporting executive teams, project leaders, and growing construction firms.
Throughout her career, Priscilla has worked across multiple areas of construction operations including project financial controls, AIA billing, compliance oversight, workforce administration, contract documentation, and internal process management.
Through that experience, she began to notice a consistent pattern.
Construction companies were often excellent at winning projects, but many lacked the operational structure needed to support sustained growth. As project volume increased, leadership teams found themselves managing administrative chaos, financial visibility became limited, and critical processes were left without clear ownership.
Velora Build Controls was created to close that gap.
