Priscilla Esquina

Founder & CEO

Priscilla  is the Founder & CEO of Velora Build Controls and a construction operations professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting leadership teams across complex construction environments. Throughout her career, she has worked behind the scenes on major construction initiatives in New York City, helping coordinate operational systems, project financial controls, AIA billing processes, compliance documentation, and internal workflows that support large and growing organizations. Through this experience, Priscilla saw firsthand how many construction companies excel at delivering projects but often lack the operational structure needed to sustain growth. She founded Velora Build Controls to help construction firms implement the systems, financial discipline, and organizational clarity required to operate efficiently and scale with confidence.

Juan Esquina

VP of Business Strategy

Juan serves as Vice President of Business Strategy where he helps guide the firm’s strategic growth and business development initiatives. Working closely with leadership, he focuses on identifying opportunities for expansion, strengthening industry relationships, and helping position Velora as a trusted operational partner for construction and professional services firms. Juan brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to business development and plays a key role in shaping the long-term direction and growth of the company.

Stephanie Moreno

Chief of Staff

Stephanie serves as Chief of Staff to the Founder, supporting strategic priorities, internal operations, and cross-functional coordination. She helps streamline workflows, manage key initiatives, and ensure day-to-day execution aligns with the firm’s goals. With a strong understanding of construction workflows and administrative infrastructure, Stephanie plays a key role in keeping projects and client initiatives organized, efficient, and executed with the level of discipline and professionalism Velora is known for.

Bella Vasquez

Project Accountant

Bella serves as Project Accountant at Velora Build Controls, supporting the financial coordination and documentation that keeps construction projects running smoothly behind the scenes. She assists with organizing project financial records, tracking billing documentation, and helping maintain accurate financial workflows that support project oversight and reporting. Bella plays an important role in ensuring the financial details connected to project operations are handled with precision, consistency, and the level of discipline Velora is known for.

Nancy Gonzalez

Marketing & Digital Coordinator

Nancy supports the firm’s marketing initiatives, digital presence, and lead generation efforts. She assists with managing online content, outreach campaigns, and identifying potential opportunities within the construction and professional services industries. Nancy also plays an important role in sourcing new leads and helping connect Velora with companies that can benefit from stronger operational support.

Maribel Gonzalez

Event Logistics Coordinator

Maribel serves as Event Logistics Coordinator supporting the planning and execution of industry events, meetings, and organizational initiatives. She helps coordinate event logistics, manage vendor communication, and ensure operational details are handled efficiently from planning through completion. Maribel plays an important role in helping Velora deliver well-organized, professional events that support client engagement and industry collaboration.

Paola Chalco

Client Engagement Coordinator

Paola serves as Client Engagement Coordinator and supports client relationships helping ensure a positive and organized experience throughout each engagement. She assists with client communication, scheduling, and coordination of ongoing initiatives to help keep projects moving efficiently. Paola plays an important role in maintaining strong client connections and ensuring Velora’s services are delivered with responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Project Manager

Yeison serves as Project Manager at Velora Build Controls, supporting the coordination and execution of client initiatives across the firm’s operational and consulting engagements.
