Do you only serve clients in New York City?
No. While Velora Build Controls has extensive experience supporting projects and firms in the New York City market, we work with clients nationwide. Our services are delivered primarily through remote, systems-based support, allowing us to partner with firms across multiple markets.
Our NYC experience informs a high standard of compliance, organization, and financial discipline that benefits clients regardless of location.
Do you offer bookkeeping or accounting services?
We do not provide tax, audit, or CPA services. We support project financial coordination and controls and work alongside your external bookkeeper or accountant to ensure financial documentation, job cost tracking, and billing processes remain organized and consistent.
Do you provide project management or field support?
No. Velora Build Controls provides administrative and operational project support only. We do not perform field supervision, scheduling control, construction means and methods, or site management. Our role is to support projects behind the scenes through coordination, documentation, tracking, and operational execution.
What systems and tools do you work with?
We support a variety of industry platforms and internal systems, including tools such as PM Web, Kahua, E-Builder, and Procure as well as accounting, document management, and collaboration platforms commonly used by our clients. We adapt to your existing systems whenever possible.
Are you insured?
Yes. Velora Build Controls is fully insured. We prioritize responsible operations and risk awareness to ensure our clients feel confident working with us.
